Move-Out/In Cleaning

   Entire Home:

 

• High dust ceilings, corners, archways and doors

• Dust all horizontal surfaces

• Dusting window blinds and window sills

• Dust ceiling fans , light fixtures, main knick knacks

• Wipe light switches, power outlet covers, door frames, knobs, stair railings, other high touch surfaces

• General tidying tables, furniture, nightstands

• Empty all trash cans

• Vacuum + mop floors

  Bathrooms:

• Wipe mirror, glass shower doors, interior windows + ledge, exterior cabinet doors

• Wiping towel holders, toilet paper holders, toilet brush holders, and walls around toilets

• Scrub countertops, sinks, showers, bathtubs, toilet bowl

• Shine chrome faucets + knobs

• Dust fan vents

 

  Kitchen:

• Exterior cabinet doors and handles

• Exterior appliances (air fryers, toasters, blenders, etc.)

• Backsplash

• Inside and outside microwave

• Fridge exterior +water dispenser

• Wipe/scrub countertops, sink, stovetop, top of oven hood, outside oven

• Shine chrome faucets 

• Wipe trash can exterior, and walls around trash cans

 

• Baseboards wet wiped

• Deep scrub sinks + kitchen backsplash and garbage disposal rubber

• Clean heavy grime, dirt, and grease buildup in bathrooms and kitchens

• Clean window tracks

• Spot clean walls

• Vacuuming couches

• Air vents wiped
