There are many factors that we consider when pricing for cleans including number of beds and baths, square footage, type of clean, extras, etc. So we cannot give a concrete rate or price. For a 3 bed, 2 bath, 2000 sq foot home, you can expect to pay around $300-$350 for a deep cleaning and around $200 for recurring standard service.

Our main cleaning solution is an all purpose cleaner made with Biokleen concentrate, a few drops of Seventh Generation dish soap, and water used for general wiping of surfaces. We use Dawn soap in moderation for more built-up areas such as greasy kitchens and bathrooms. We use microfiber cloths and machine washable scouring sponges for scrubbing to reduce plastic waste. The harshest cleaning chemicals we use are Bar Keeper's friend to shine chrome and eliminate heavy build-up on stoves, bathtubs and sinks, and Easy-Off Oven spray. Both products are rinsed and wiped away thoroughly after use. We do not use bleach products for cleaning.

A 4 bed, 3 bathroom home will take around 3-4 hours for a standard clean. A one bedroom apartment would take about an hour and a half for standard cleaning. Deep cleanings and move-outs typically take two to three times as long depending on dirt and grime build-up. If there is a large amount of grime and dirt build-up present, it can easily take an entire day to deep clean it.

We will use whatever cleaning products you prefer as long as you are supplying them and include what products you will be supplying when booking.
